Hat Details: The hand painted birthday hat has a wire on the back... the wire is placed in the hole at the top of the decoration. The hat sits in front of the Old English Sheepdog's topknot. It can also be removed and the decoration used as a Christmas ornament because the hole isn't real obvious from the front. Your choice of ONE birthday hat.
